Artisan ice Cream Truck by Leetty’s Kitchen

 Hello 
I am a chef . I am planing to open a ice cream truck in my community because as a mother of 4, my community needs something for our kids and young families

• Our Mission is to create the best quality homemade Ice cream using the richest and creamiest ingredients without fillers and preservatives. 
• Cox’s Ice cream recognized the problem the many parents face in our community that is we don’t have a variety of choices to bring our kids to have a treat, celebrate a game, birthday parties, carnivals , parades and so on. As a mother of 4 girls  I want to bring happiness to our kids and families in our community. Our goal is to be the family choice for special accessions. We will  be the first handmade ice cream in our county with a variety of creative frozen desserts, we will be working with our local farmers market and using local ingredients. 
• We plan to reach families through their children which married couples ( 15 years and oldest is 56% and families with kids under 18 is 50%
• We will sponsor sports teams and offer the players a free ice cream on days they win a game. We will reach families through kids activities such a music , video games, birthday parties, parades, festivals and so on. 
• 
  I am seeking  funding to finish the electrical wiring, equipping and wrapping the truck.  
• My team is my husband and my daughters and I will partner with pastry chefs in order to make creative and fun frozen desserts such as ice cream sandwich’s or ice cream tacos.
