Ms. Shruti Mambully and Mr. Sudheer Maram have been into the business of manufacturing chocolates since more than three years in India in the company name ‘The Premier Foods and Consultants’. - Capital Grant in aid of 50%from MOFPI for investment in eligible plant and machinery and industrial shed and operations related factory. Incentive will come in two installments.

Ms. Shruthi Mambully is a qualified Micro Biologist and well versed with international norms in the food industry standards for processing, quality assurance, packaging, storage and shelf life. She is key person who will be working with the team to facilitate new product introduction (NPD) and has already provided her significant valuable contribution in defining the strategy of the company based on her deep experience and expertise.Shruthi has hands-on job exposure in Hindustan Unilever ltd as senior food microbiologist & this will enable her to bring the required expertise at De Chokolatl Foods Private Limited to meet stringent customer norms and quality tests before final products are manufactured and dispatched.
Mr. Sudheer Maram, Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Sudheer Maram is a qualified food Scientist and a chocolatier with profound exposure to technical, processing & operations management in the food sector. He has vast industry experience of more than 16 years having worked at senior level positions with various food companies both International and Indian, such as Marasu’s Petits Fours Ltd. &Prestat Ltd., London – UK, Rajhans Nutriments Pvt. Ltd., Signature International Foods (India) Pvt. Ltd. and Wealmoor Ltd. – London. During his tenure with Marasu’s, Mr. Sudheer had been directly involved in developing chocolate recipes for famous brands in London such as Fortnum and Mason, Harrods, Rococo Chocolates, Harvey Nichols, Peyton and Byrne, The Savoy (London), Hilton Hotels (London), etc. He also had the honour to develop premium chocolates to cater to the most prestigious client of Prestat - HM Queen Elizabeth II for all occasions at Buckingham Palace!
