AFWO stands for ‘African Woman’.  We are inspired by African fashion and specialize in designing garments with vibrate African prints. 

• Our aim is to create African inspired garments by fusing different cultures of fashion.
• Our vision is to produce high-quality clothing bringing the world closer through a cultural fusion of western fashion and African prints.

With the rise of Afrobeats, a whole new chapter of African music has emerged as a new phenomenon in global music.  African culture has been embraced in Europe, and specifically Entertainers and Artist from The Caribbean (Busy Signal) and in the United States (Beyonce). African inspired fashion is also on the rise and has a potentially large market size especially with social platforms such as social media and eCommerce.

AFWO is seeking funding to produce its first collection as well as sourcing fabric production and garment manufacturers locally, regionally, and globally.

So far, there is only one person at this pre-start stage.  However, some of AFWO signature fabric design patterns have been created by young local talented people with the potential of sourcing artistic local talent from diverse backgrounds and cultures.
