Rather than hiring more employees and managing them, or hiring more vendors, Customers of The Village will have one vendor for all of their routine SEO, business development, graphic design, data entry, bookkeeping, billing, human resource, business forms and other administrative and operating activities. We essentially hire, train and manage your workforce for you.

• Supports and protects the environment by significantly reducing (and sometimes eliminating) unsustainable and polluting consumables. As a Public Benefit Corporation, The Village won't just talk the talk. We will publish annual reports on our sustainability efforts, providing transparency and accountability to our Customers.

• Allows for tailor-made, flat fee arrangements, so Customers receive only those services they need for one established cost.   

• Allows Customers to focus more squarely on the heart of what they do.

HOW IT WORKS

Following an initial evaluation by our staff to determine a Customer’s needs, with an assessment of their current budget and spending on administrative and operating costs, we will prepare a 12-month cost-saving proposal based on volume, which will include any or all of the following services in their bundle  Once the proposed contract is accepted, Customers will be charged a one-time set-up fee, plus a flat fee monthly subscription amount, with the opportunity for either party to modify the subscription amount quarterly if volume changes significantly:

a) Bookkeeping/Accounting

b) SEO/Marketing

c) Business Development

d) Human Resource Services

e) Data Entry

For example, say your organization incurs the following annual expenses: $30,000 for bookkeeping/accounting services, $30,000 for SEO/marketing, $20,000 on business development services, $30,000 on human resources, and another $20,000 for data entry services. Altogether, your organization is currently spending $130,000 for these services. By offering all of these services under one umbrella and leveraging technological advances, The Village eliminates the multiple overhead and staffing costs of each specialty/employee, while also streamlining how services are delivered, resulting in an inevitable cost-savings. Say our analysis reveals that we can provide these same services, even superior services, for a total of $90,000 annually, while still realizing a profit. After an initial buy-in equal to one month of your total proposed annual costs to cover the cost to migrate accounts to The Village, your company would pay a monthly  rate of $7,500.00. That’s a cost-savings of over 35% annually for your organization, or $40,000 in real dollars that is freed up every year.[1] Because our processes will also be  streamlined, with The Village hiring and managing the various professionals, para-professionals and support staff, you also save valuable time, so you can focus on what you do best. We will also offer extended services a la carte at reduced hourly rates for subscribed members. These services will be modified according to Customer demand, but be initially anticipate these stand-alone services to include:
