25th & June is a toxin-free, vegan-friendly nail polish company for ambitious trendsetters and colorful storytellers.
Project Description
Our goal is to raise $25,000 in pre-seed funding to grow beyond just a nail polish company and into a full eco-system of clean beauty products to help nourish, enhance, and simplify your beauty routine.
Why are we expanding?
Providing toxin-free, vegan-friendly nail polish has been our sole mission and focus since 2013.
But nearly 10 years after launching our first collection so many things have changed: the ingredients we put on our bodies, the way we spend our money, and the time we invest in self-care.
- Women in the US spend more than $800 million dollars a year on nail polish alone.*
- That number increases to $511B when you include the entire beauty industry.*
The demand for nail care and clean beauty products continues to rise, and as our customers needs and expectations continue to evolve, it’s time for 25th & June to evolve as well.
How you can support
We are raising $25,000 to help us fund the growth of 25th & June in 3 ways:
- Diversify our product offerings to perfect our existing nail polish lines and introduce new high-quality clean beauty products (think nourishing nail and body lines, and toxin-free gel polish!)
- Expand our marketing reach to get in front of more than 45 million beauty enthusiasts who are already eager to buy from toxin-free beauty brands
- Elevate our social media presence with expert social media and PR teams to showcase 25th & June in creative, interactive, and authentic ways
Why crowdfunding?
Women-owned business receive less than 3% of all VC and startup funding. That number gets even lower for minority-owned businesses.
- To compete in this rapidly-growing beauty industry we need low-risk funding to more effectively develop, market, and launch our products.
- Crowdfunding is an efficient path to getting a small business off the ground without going into irreversible debt.

Most importantly, our formula is free of the 10 most commonly found harmful chemicals:
- Toluene, Formaldehyde, Formaldehyde Resin, DBP, Camphor, Xylene, Parabens, Triphenyl Phosphate (TPHP), Phthalates, or Fragrances

- When will physical items be delivered?
- All packages will be delivered within 15 days after the end of our campaign.
- Are there shipping fees?
- All physical items ship for free!
- If I buy a t-shirt, how do I select my size?
- Our founder, Nexus, will be reaching out to confirm final order details after your reward purchase is placed. Shipping address and sizes will be confirmed at that point.
- Can I purchase a reward as a gift for someone else?
- Of course! Just send us an email after checkout and let us know who and where to send any physical items, or the preferred email address for any virtual or appointment-based reward.
