- My mission is to raise profits to aid in a 1st Time Home Owner Incentive I plan to present to future clients. The incentive will cover a portion of their downpayment costs provided for their unique situation in purchasing Real Estate.
- The incentive will give clients a fast option verse waiting for a government grant. Especially with the quick market we are in now, this will make an Offer To Purchase contract attractive and aid in winning the deal. The incentive will be available by application. A 1st time home owner class will be mandatory with acceptance
- Helping buyers in our housing market is essence in preventing future housing crash, recession, and inflation
