This reservation form is valid for 3 days and 2 nights deluxe accommodations in your choice of cities for 2 adults. You will be responsible for room taxes of less than $15.00 per night. You must book the accommodations at least 60 days in advance. Holidays, weekends and travel within 60 days are available at a discounted room rate. This information will be on the reservation form upon reservation.

PACKAGE B.  3 DAY 2 NIGHT VACATION

This offer provides accommodations for three days and two nights for two adults, one of which must be 21 years or older and up to 2 children 12 years of age or younger. Valid for US and Canadian Residents only. You must book your reservations with a 60 day advance notice. All reservations are based on availability. Availability may be limited during peak season, holidays and weekends. Surcharges may apply during these times and in some locations. Valid for hotel accommodations only and does not include room taxes or hotel surcharges. One vacation certificate per household can be used per year. This offer is not valid for groups or conventions. A $50.00 refundable deposit is required when registering the reservation form with the reservation office. The deposit is returned to you by the reservation office after your stay has been completed minus a $10 reservation fee. Extra nights are available through the reservation office. The reservation form will be valid for one year from the issue date. Only one reservation form may be used per family in any twelve month period.
