Changing Tides is a board game for women founders, Venture Capitalists, and angel investors to create a more equitable world and change the way financial and other resources are distributed. The game was created by the Changing Tides Movement, of which Jennifer is the Founder and CEO.

Harambee Village is a collective of community-based doulas that address maternal and child health care gaps, needs, and barriers in Dane County, Wisconsin. Harambee Village’s vision is to improve the childbearing experience, empower women through doula support, advocate for research-based care, and to engage community stakeholders around racial equity concerning maternal and child health.

Eat Cake for Breakfast and 99 Other Small Acts of Happiness is an illustrated book that is meant to bring big joy. Last year, Viola’s 9-year-old daughter was diagnosed with Aplastic Anemia, a.k.a. bone marrow failure. The book was inspired by her daughter’s resilience and joy throughout her medical treatments

According to the Environmental Protection Agency, each year Americans throw away 12 MILLION tons of furniture. And since COVID, the demand for home office furniture has doubled. Her Desk is a sustainable, US made, functional desk that cultivates positivity and creativity.
