With more than 20 years of experience, Debra Kronowitz has a successful career in multimedia, including managing media brands, PR and marketing campaigns, corporate communications and social media for small to large companies — national and local level. She has worked for large and small publishing houses, including Maclean Hunter Publishing, Weeks Publishing, Write Stuff Enterprises and her own company, FusionMedia Properties.
In her early years while building her career, she wrote for local Chicago magazines and newspapers, including Chicago Parent, North Shore and Chicago, Chicago Sun-Times and Lerner Newspapers. With a forte for start-up and relaunches, Kronowitz has worked as a consultant. She also served on an advisory board for SIU’s College of Mass Communication and Media Arts and acts as a mentor to graduating magazine students.
Her PR/marketing clients expand an array of industries, including local government, health and fitness, luxury gifting, fashion, medial, anti-aging and more. In this capacity Kronowitz acts as publicist, managing and promoting a client’s business.
The biggest feat of her career was developing and launching her own magazine, SIGNATURE BRIDE, which was named the “Top 25” out of 932 launches the year it launched. The publication was distributed in 32 countries outside the United States. In late 2018, SIGNATURE BRIDE was relaunched as a digital brand.
Her work has appeared in various publications, including Design District Magazine, ART New Orleans Magazine, AVENUES Magazine, FOOD Product Design, Boxboard Containers, Remodeling Contractor, Chicago Sun-Times, Society, New Horizons: The Story of Federated Investors, Innovation is the Best Medicine, The Legend of Guardian Industries and more.
