Growing up in a family of event specialist and varied community service professionals, it’s in her blood to create. Paving her own path, Rikia has seen professional success in roles like Community Recreation Director, in which she successfully sold out a 3,000 ticket concert for the Naval Support Facility- Indian Head, earning over $300,000 in ticket and merchandise sales.
More recently, Rikia works as the Marketing and Innovation Director for the Headquarters and Service Battalion of the Marine Corps at Henderson Hall. A position with responsibility in managing business development, special events, and marketing for a 25 million dollar operation for the Marine Corps Community Services.
Having over 10 years of varied marketing, project management, and events expertise, she brings industry insight to INFINITY; coupled with her personal passion for culture, art, and entertainment.
