Samia Bingham, an avid business strategist with a keen focus in commercial real estate, specifically the shared space ecosystem, is a graduate of Bowie State University with an advanced degree in Management: Acquisition and Supply Chain Management from the University of Maryland Global Campus. Before becoming a community-focused entrepreneur, Samia was a Realtor with Coldwell Banker and an Assistant Property Manager with Gates, Hudson, and Associates in the Washington, D.C. Metro area.
She also spent ten years as a Contract Specialist and Acquisition Consultant with the Department of Defense, Department of State, and Department of Homeland Security honing her contract negotiation, management, and administration skills overseeing more than $500M in federal government contracts during her career lifetime.
Bingham initially opened her first workspace for like-minded entrepreneurs in Waldorf, MD. Once her location exceeded capacity and attracted a certain creative culinary clientele, the decision was made to pivot to a space that would provide the required health department certified features, amenities, and accessibility to future members.
