Marketing Associate

 

IFundWomen seeks a Marketing Associate who will have their finger on the pulse of our diverse community of women entrepreneurs and funders. This person will be focused on posting to social and community channels, engaging with our members, promoting our marketing initiatives, and evangelizing IFundWomen. We are looking for a digital native who cares deeply about how people communicate online. This role will report into the Content Marketing Director at IFundWomen.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute impactful campaigns across IFundWomen’s social media and marketing channels (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, and Slack) that build our brand, increase engagement and drive demand for our products and services
  • Write post and caption copy, respond to DMs, engage with comments, co-produce social video and collaborate with graphic designers on creative
  • Manage our Slack community including engage via comment replies and direct messages, discern leads, report customer service issues, maintain and enforce community guidelines, and coordinate community programming
  • Own the blog strategy for IFundWomen: develop long-form blog content to publish on IFundWomen
  • Oversee IFundWomen’s social listening tools, engaging with relevant social posts, routing comments to our customer service team and leads to our Entrepreneur Success team
  • Track and measure campaign performance against KPI’s, making recommendations for improvements
  • Stay current on social media trends and opportunities, be at the forefront of innovation by consistently testing new features, platforms, and content ideas
  • Coordinate cross-functionally to publish content to IFundWomen’s website as directed
  • Execute in-person community events from planning to execution
Requirements
  • 1-3 years experience with managing a brand’s social media accounts (IG, LI, TW, and TikTok)
  • Be a native user of social platforms with an excitement to follow trends and familiarity of all features
  • Detail oriented with strong copywriting skills
  • Passion for community engagement
  • Demonstrated knowledge of the social platforms and their business page tools
  • Experience with social and content analytics, data tracking, and data analysis
Nice to haves
  • Experience with Canva
  • Experience working at a fast-paced startup environment
Compensation
  • Salary range: $57K-62K
