Chief Commercial Officer

 

IFundWomen seeks a Chief Commercial Office (CCO) to oversee the development and execution of commercial strategies for the Company. As CCO, you will own IFundWomen’s sales, marketing, and partnerships strategies and the teams who execute them. The CCO should be a respected industry veteran with extensive expertise in developing and scaling revenue-generating sales and marketing programs and achieving impactful moments that drive KPIs. They will be heavily involved in the organization's motivation, drive, and development of talent. They will be a dot connector so that priorities and objectives are aligned.

Responsibilities
  • Set the commercial strategy for the company and ensure its execution, aligning with company leadership on objectives and key results
  • Define comprehensive strategies that drive core KPIs through new business development, recurring revenue streams, existing partnerships growth, customer retention & engagement, and new member acquisition
  • Manage the teams within the revenue-driving divisions of the company: Partnerships, Sales, and Marketing
  • Lead the development of commercial strategies to meet or exceed sales goals
  • Review financial reports and budgets to monitor performance against set objectives
  • Serve as a liaison between marketing and other departments within the organization to ensure the delivery of high-quality products and services.
  • Partner cross-functionally to develop plans for new products or services based on market research and customer feedback
  • Create a vision for the company’s future direction by identifying new markets, products, and services that will boost profits
  • Evangelize IFundWomen through leveraged and developed brand and media relationships, speaking at industry events, being a thought leader
  • Partner across the organization on resonant, creative, and compelling campaigns and stories
  • Implement and maintain sales processes designed to achieve specific sales objectives
  • Partner with C-Suite on team planning and the incentive/compensation system that is in place
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
  • 15+ years of sales leadership experience at best-in-class brands
  • 10+ years with a direct revenue goal
  • 5+ years in marketing & communications-related roles
  • Deep domain expertise in optimizing sales and marketing funnels
  • Previous experience working with senior leaders to develop and execute strategic partnership roadmaps
  • Ability to shift seamlessly between long-term strategic development and tactical execution
  • Demonstrated experience navigating global, strategic partnerships with a clear point of view on how deals can be optimally structured and managed
  • Seasoned people-leader who cares about developing our talented team in their careers
  • Able to thrive in a remote startup culture that is fast-paced ever-evolving
  • Deep understanding of the entrepreneurial landscape and our customer's pain points
Preferred Qualifications
  • MBA
  • Experience as an entrepreneur
  • Experience in an operational role at a large corporation
Compensation
  • Salary range: $175k - $200k
