Coming from a proud refugee family that moved to the US in 1988, I've embraced a culture that encourages female entrepreneurship. As the Founder and CEO of DenTemp, I wear multiple hats, including working as an Expanded Functions Dental Auxiliary (EFDA). My journey in the dental field, coupled with military service, led me to Case Western's dental program and eventually inspired the creation of DenTemp.

Addressing Industry Challenges:

The pandemic intensified challenges for dental professionals, leading to a significant loss of employees and burnout in the industry. DenTemp emerged to disrupt the market, offering a transparent, relationship-focused platform connecting dental offices directly to professionals.

Market Validation and Community Impact:

DenTemp isn't just a staffing agency; we're a market disruptor, empowering dental professionals with autonomy over their schedules, pay, and work environment. Our platform builds trust by facilitating direct connections, creating a community where dental offices find qualified candidates efficiently.

Current Progress:

We've validated DenTemp at dental conferences, gaining over 100 active dental candidates and 50 paying offices. Our real working community is thriving, with a strategic focus on recruiting students and supporting mothers reentering the workforce.

Competitive Edge:

Unlike traditional agencies, DenTemp offers on-demand services, verification, unlimited job posts, and direct messaging. We stand out from competitors with a commitment to transparency and cost-effectiveness.

Market Size:

With a focus on targeting 10% of the 200k dental offices nationwide, DenTemp aims to tap into a significant market. In Ohio alone, there are about 5500 dental offices, representing a potential annual revenue of $33 million. 

Financial Projections:

Our revenue model, priced at $500/month for 1000 offices by the end of 2024, will evolve to $500,000/month or $6 Million annually, projecting revenue about $12 million annually with 2k offices.

Team and Advisory Board:

Currently, the team includes me and specialized contractors. With iFund Women’s crowdfunding, we plan to hire technical specialists, ensuring custom-built platform development and future traction. With your backing, we'll assemble a top-notch technical team to fortify our platform and a dedicated marketing team to connect with dental offices and professionals.
