Time and time again, career development and human resource research confirms that BIPOC and first-generation professionals are Profoundly disadvantaged by their employer and most at risk for lower promotion rates, pigeon-holed roles, lack of access to senior leaders and mentorship, and pushed or kept in specific jobs or industries due to historical, social, or economic factors, leading to unequal access and workplace discrimination.

What’s more, despite the educational attainment amongst these groups, they continue to have No less access to career advancement opportunities like mentorship, promotions, and access to key decision makers, all critical tools for career growth.

While there are many in this field, we proudly enter as a resource dedicated to making the change from a micro-macro perspective, servicing both the individual professional and the organization through support that are closely linked to each other.
