Hello! I'm Raquel Sanchez and my business is zen vida.
zen vida came to me in 2018 as I had just healed myself from PCOS and Hashimotos.
zen vida is a mature woman's guide to transitioning to a healthy lifestyle.
Whether you'd like to start a gluten-free, soy-free, dairy-free or vegan lifestyle, I can help you do so with pantry and product cleanups, visits to the farmer's market or grocery via zoom and recommendations on food and products that I've used in my healing.
I'm raising funds to re-instate my business registration, upgrade my web hosting and upgrade my computer as well as hire a part-time graphic designer.
