Executive Summary:

ZaZa Lorraine Boutique is a minority-owned female online retail business establishment that sells unique clothing options for female and inclusive customers. ZaZa Lorraine Boutique is an online retailer that caters to customers' fashion needs and trends. ZaZa Lorraine Boutique is positioned on social media platforms to engage our target customer market. We believe ZaZa Lorraine Boutique's success is based on our customer satisfaction by providing an authentic online shopping experience. 

  While our initial goal is to open a storefront ZaZa Lorraine Boutique, expansion plans, and customer demand has provided for ZaZa Lorraine Boutique to investigate, research, and develop a plan to launch a ZaZa Lorraine clothing line (brand) tailor toward the 'everyday' female or inclusive customer.

Here's the problem......

1. A lot of boutiques/clothing stores carry trending pieces that are overpriced for the low quality of clothing they provide. 
2. Smaller boutiques and brands cater to a particular culture which is usually their own culture. They do not offer other types of fashion to provide a variety.
3. When shopping online, not all brands maintain a high level of customer service and are not dependable on delivery dates.

The market size of the clothing boutique industry is expected to increase 1.6 % in 2021. Although many storefronts closed during the pandemic, online clothing stores sales have spiked. Being fashionable was still a priority while the world was on shut down.

We market our brand/boutique by emails, being a vendor at different pop up shops around middle TN. at least once a month, attending networking events/opportunities, and of course by word of mouth.

We solve this problem by.....

1. The ZaZa Lorraine Collection produces great quality, unique pieces for reasonable prices. 
2. The Collections caters to all women, despite culture or type of fashion. Our designs vary from punk fashion, bohemian style, vintage clothing, chic, boho-chic, and business casual. The collection embraces all body types and sizes.
3. The Collection, which will be sold through the ZaZa Lorraine online Boutique, is committed to providing excellent customer service and relations in order to ensure you get the product you want, when you want it. 

Our target audience are women 25-55 who like to dress fashionably casual. 

Funding....

I am seeking funding to help launch the ZaZa Lorriane collection. I am launching 4 exclusive / unique designs. Funding will help to pay for manufacturing and production. After working with trusted manufacturers I’ve concluded that :

• Sample pieces are $250-$300
• Bulk production of each sample is $2000

My goal is to provide 5 options for my customers by the end of 2021.

Ironic how I knew back then without awareness, fashion is my definitely my passion and creating my style is very important."
