You Got This 2023

Unlike typical educational consulting businesses, ZEducation, LLC focuses on educating the whole educator. Our motto is to empower others through self-love, self-improvement, and self-duplication. We do not want anyone we serve to depend on us going forward, but to be empowered to not only achieve on high levels, but also give someone else a hand up. It is based on the experiences faced in over 20 years in the education field and equipping educators to last in this industry. The great resignation is happening, and we are determined to be a part of the solution to recruiting and retaining quality educators who are prepared to positively impact our youth for years to come.

I want to provide training to recruit and retain more minorities in the education field. I want to provide the tools they need to remain in the field and educate our youth in low-performing areas. My training and development program will give real-life application skills over textbook skills.

This campaign will fund the 2023 You Got This Back to School Summit. You Got this 2023 is a premier, interactive learning experience for current and aspiring educators. We will share excellent, research - based strategies that will catapult educators into a successful school year. Our presenters are professionals with a proven track record for success. Each session will be interactive and leave educators excited about your upcoming year and beyond. This event is open to current and aspiring teachers and school administrators. Educators will also receive professional development hours.
