Women's Mental Health Promotion

 Octah is a women's mental health support group that promotes wellness and brings awareness to depression and anxiety among women.  Octah was launched as a result of the extreme exhaustion and feelings of depression that resulted from the pandemic. We are now raising funds to help with our traveling brunches. These brunches are designed to connect mental health professionals with women in a fun and open way. 

Our brunches cater to the tired mom with a million things on her plate, those experiencing depression, and all those in need of encouragement and uplifting. Brunch is also a place where we safely connect local mental health counselors with women who may benefit from their services.

This opportunity potentially impacts millions of women ages 35-50.

 We are seeking funds for low income individuals to attend and enjoy brunches without having to worry about the cost. All women deserve to brunch and be treated well, regardless of income. Our intent is to connect women with resources in a way that is positive and fun!
