We are a one-stop-shop of massage therapy, body treatments, enhanced beauty, nail care, skincare, health and wellness plans, child wellness  in a beautiful tranquil, calm environment.  We stand out above and beyond other Salons and Spas as we incorporate networking events for our professionals and to hold benefits and seminars for our community.  

The employees will be independent contractors wherein they will inherently earn a higher salary than those from other popular salons and spas.  There is an overwhelming need in the marketplace for a concept like this.  The underlying inspiration and driver in designing this new concept is simply to help as many people as possible!  Our professionals are able to start their individual practice in a REAL TIME scenario with financial assistance and coaching while they learn to operate their own business.

Emily Sanders, LMT/Owner conceptualized this ever-evolving business for many reasons.  The main reason is to assist practitioners in the health and beauty industry to increase their opportunities to earn a higher salary, create their own financial freedom that makes sense for their family, and to potentially own a franchise in the future.  Once this proven concept is recognized in the community, Emily's objective is to subsequently create a program wherein she would financially assist qualifying entrepreneurs to build their own Ilaria Salon and Spa Franchise.  

Ilaria Salon and Med Spa opened in January 2021.  Throughout the duration of the year, Emily financially assisted six (6) independent contractors with start-up costs associated with their position in order to enable them the ability to start their own business.  As the covid-19 pandemic played out, we were able to work through the challenges presented in a very positive way.   However, in September 2021 we started to experience a decrease in clientele as the DELTA and OMICRON virus started to become a more prevalent worry.  Fast forward to 2022, we have had difficulties "bouncing-back" from those issues and need additional funding to continue our efforts in developing the individual businesses as well as maintaining the financial obligations associated with the overall operation.  

Our Team Members are the hardest working professionals in the business.  We are all single, racially diverse and unmarried - responsible for supporting ourselves.  In addition, six (6) of us are single parents.
