As a small business owner, I understand the difficulties one can face when trying to spread awareness of their brand. When I receive the funds, I will dedicate a portion to a considered advertisement plan, ensuring that another portion will be dedicated to incorporating charitable offerings to NAMI, a mental health awareness initiative by way of donating a portion of all proceeds earned each year. A focused contribution to an initiative supporting mental health perpetuates Strohmann’s culture of paying homage to the family as many of my loved ones have suffered from not only the stigma surrounding mental illness but the lack of mental healthcare that has existed for decades. 

A few advertising initiatives I plan to employ include reaching out to a selection of aligned influencers to share original content regarding my products. I also have considered equipping said influencers with a savings code in order to develop a representative network across North America. I will also use the funds to finalize my formulation, craft new products and produce larger batches than I am currently able to in the small facility I have been using. After all of that is taken care of, I would like to begin hiring employees to assist in administration, production and brand representation as I would like to find curated stockists across the country. 

Description of End Goal

The end goal is to grow Strohmann’s into a product range that offers formulations for topical use as well as supplements that will nourish from within. With this, the brand will develop a culture centered around holistic wellness, which thusly will contribute to the social media platform that will be another element unique to the brand. The social media element of Strohmann’s is an initiative to educate viewers and offer a safe space for individuals to discuss and explore the world of holistic beauty alongside our products. In time, more products will be offered aside from our original salve, all of which will include a list of wholesome, homeopathic ingredients. At every step along the way, Strohmann’s will be dedicated to being as sustainable and ethical as possible- from packaging to sourcing to the way each individual who encounters the brand is treated.
