Our company mission is to provide high quality and personalized training for new real estate agents for them to create an outstanding customer service experience for their clients. Our team consists of 4 moms which are typically seen as less successful as they have limited availability to attend trainings and support for their clients. By creating a team dynamic around these hurdles, we have been able to overcome this by working together with each others availability to create success for each team member. The industry is highly competitive and leaving the opportunity for true team work with low splits to the agents as explored territory but we are actively removing that stereotype with a healthy environment built around helping each other. We provide the coaching while our team provides the transaction experience to the client leaving a near endless supply of market opportunity as everybody needs a place to live. By keeping our own costs low we can pass that onto our team at low splits of 70% commission to the agent and 30% to the team in comparison to the standard 50/50. Due to the lower splits, while we focus on coaching and training our funding is trickling in leaving us few opportunities to pour funds into marketing and advertising to accomplish leads for our team. If we are awarded the funds, we would focus this into community events and advertisement materials to generate leads allowing for conversion of sales and more income to carry on the cycle.
