Project Description
I want to see people healthy and happy in America again through sustainable, healthy, delicious food options. The profit margins are high and the rewards for my investors and the world are great!
We want to fix the unhealthy eating habits of Americans that lead to many serious health problems from cancer and diabetes to mental illness. We will accomplish this by making healthy food that actually tastes good!
The market is wide open in this area with only a few healthy restaurant options that are either boring and tasteless, not really healthy, or highly processed. The Veggie Table keeps a relatively low price point to make healthy options available to all income brackets.
The Veggie Table is all about educating people about the food they eat, keeping prices reasonable and accessible and surprising everyone with healthy, delicious, satisfying, and creative dishes.
I'm seeking funding to start another Veggie Table in Bentonville, Arkansas which is the home of Wal Mart, Tyson Foods, and JB Hunt. I will use the funds to open this second location and get it started.
