- Our mission is to Provide Affordable Vegan Comfort Cusine using Locally Sourced Produced and Supporting Our Farmers and Artisians While Doing So. The problem we are solving is by presenting people with creative and familiar ways to eat more plants for a Better Quality of Life and to lower our Carbon Footprint. The global Vegan Food Market in 2021 is 16 Billion with a Projected increase to 22 Billion by 2025
