It is time for your monthly update!
The video production of the Clip & Hang video has started. Woohoo!!!
May 25 was a marathon day of two shoots in Jeff Bucari’s studio in NYC. It was great because my wonderful daughter-in-law, Erica McDonough, and her lovely children, Finnegan and Addy, participated as models in each scene. It was their first time doing something like this, and it was great to make them laugh while shooting.
Then it was off to Long Island to do the remaining two shoots at Buckley Country Day School and the beach. The school was great, and thanks to my big sister, Patricia, we got permission to shoot on-site and two students, Bella, and Billy, to participate.
The beach scene was all me, and thanks to makeup done by Sarah Blankman, I looked stunning…LOL! A little side story. When Sarah came to my house, we got to chatting, and it turns out I worked for her father’s PR firm 25 years ago. What a small world!
This week, June 10, I will start shooting the beginning of the video, and thanks to the beauty of editing, we don’t have to work in sequence. Instead, it will all be pieced together once the shooting is done.
In the next update, I hope to share the final video that you have all so graciously helped me do with your funding.
I am genuinely grateful and humbled by your generosity.
