- The opportunity is vast as the market for diversity work increases and has been prioritized within companies across the globe.
- The targets are public and private sectors - K-12 school systems, colleges and universities and private companies that need assistance in assessing and implementing diversity initiatives including recruitment and retention of employees
- What is your company/product about and how does it solve the problem?
- My services help organizations improve their diversity initiatives, increase their number of diverse employees and revise policies and practices that impede diversity goals.
- Why are you seeking funding and how will you spend the funding?
- I'm seeking the funding in order to hire team members that will develop my content strategy, improve my social media and potential ROI.
