Our mission at Titan ATS is to fire the resume, rid the application process of bias, and to elevate inclusion and best practices. 

We have created an unique, anti-bias applicant tracking system (ATS) that uses masked candidate profiles, not resumes. 

  • Per Harvard Business Review, resumes are inherently bias and ineffective.
  • Per a LinkedIn poll, over 90% of professional candidates are not comfortable creating an effective resume. 
  • The majority of employers want to see a resume tailored to their open role, but this takes job seekers 10 to 30 minutes per role, making the application process cumbersome and stressful. 

Yet, our current hiring system relies almost solely on these tremendously flawed documents.

Not Titan ATS! 

Our patent-pending candidate profile is designed to help candidates best align themselves to each role without taking inordinate amounts of time. We use quick skill matching and relevance-focused fields to help candidates best align themselves with the role, while simultaneously helping recruiters more effectively and efficiently scan candidate profiles. 

  • Per SHRM (and Harvard Business Review) resumes generate bias.
  • Per CNBC nearly 80% of people say that diversity, whether in a particular form or in general, matters to them

With this information and our goal of inclusion in mind, our candidate profiles remove all bias generating information and feature public diversity and inclusion accountability and showcase properties! We want candidates to be able to see a company's diversity make-up at various levels within the organization, so this information is collected anonymously (as is EEOC and ADA candidate data), and shown via graphs and data in the public diversity showcase feature on each job description.  This will help candidates feel comfortable and welcome. 

We also have a feature that makes employee and candidate reviews visible on each job description to help candidates make informed decisions and to help the employer build a strong employer brand. 

  • Per Harvard Business Review, being neuro-diverse is an advantage in the workplace!
  • Almost 30% of the world's population is neuro-diverse/neuro-divergent, meaning that they process information differently such as with ADHD, Autism, or Dyslexia. Yet, per The Guardian, they can often struggle to find full-time work. The system is simply not designed for them. 

Titan ATS is different!

Our application process is designed by neuro-diverse individuals, as well as tested by a variety of neuro-diverse persons, to be more neuro-diverse friendly. We know firsthand the value of this community, and want to help the world learn to see it too!

Our patent-pending candidate profile technology can also integrate with other applicant tracking systems and HRIS technology, so long-term contracts with so-called "competitors" are no problem.

Our team is beautifully diverse from the ground up as well as inter-national, ranging from the US to Venezuela and Europe. Our leadership consists of a neuro-diverse female from the world of People Work and public speaking, Katherine McCord, a neuro-diverse black man with a background in learning design and advocacy, Mervyn Kennedy-MacFoy, and our CTO who is an immigrant with a rich history in Development and IT Leadership, Ivan Bliskavka. 

There are 10.75 million employers in the USA alone, all using the archaic applicant tracking systems, and they are all potential customers for our product. We are also looking into expansion into Canada, UK, and Australia. 

We are seeking funding to further build out the user experience, candidate experience, and inclusion features, as well as to assist with marketing.

Frequently Asked Questions:

  • Do you have competition in the market? No! We have a patent pending and there is no product even remotely similar to ours on the market. The closest product is one that masks bias information in resumes. 
  • Do you collect EEOC and ADA information from candidates? This information is collected after application by an anonymous survey that feeds the diversity feature, but the information is not tied to any particular candidate. We do this to further our anti-bias goals. This information can be collected in direct connection to a hire during the onboarding process. 
  • What is your pricing? Our pricing starts at $29/month and goes up from there based on features, needs, and company size. This pricing is competitive for applicant tracking systems. 
  • Can resumes or LinkedIn be used to partially complete the candidate profile?  We are working to integrate with LinkedIn so that profiles may be used to partially complete the profile.
