Tea Time @ Teulu Brew!

• Mission: Finding the calm in our fast-paced lives with a cup of tea within a setting so comfortable you will call it home.
• Problem Worth Solving: Teulu Brew offers the competitors edge of having the focal point of tea. Competitors primarily in this state are coffee establishments, being your local Starbucks, Caribou and Kiosks. Although some do sell tea these are typically cold brews whereas my establishment's focus will be on the hot teas and the pairings of light refreshments. We will be a tearoom where family and friends can reconnect with variety of teas and light refreshments. Teulu Brew will be the calm to the fast paced and the connection in a disconnected society. It will be located close to our downtown shopping area and not far from our local zoo. Teulu Brew will be the first tearoom in the Minot area that will offer not only jobs but the experience of a lifetime! Customers can experience well-balanced new flavors of not only tea types but also spreads that consist of three tiers of tasty delights.
• Our solution: What I envisioned for Teulu Brew is a place to meet in a warm setting that is for all ages. Meeting a niche in the Minot community. Here you can enjoy an assortment of teas and light refreshments for a party of one to hosting meetings or special gatherings. We will be offering a variety of teas. Not limited to a specific tea flavor. Yet there will consistently be a flavor turn over since teas are paired with the refreshments quarterly. Creating attractions for customers will not only be for the new but also familiar faces. The beautiful thing about Teulu Brew's target market, it is for all people and all ages. Currently there is no tearoom in the county. Having a place that is friendly and family-oriented helps people come together. While discussing what they think of each tier and new tea they are also reconnecting. 
• Our Why: To be able to cover the remaining closing costs along with the start up capital that is needed. Residing in a rural state most available opportunities for funding are limited and under strict  variations. A lot of the state funding goes towards corporation and franchise start ups. We are trying to offer something that is not available anywhere in the state.

Start Up Costs (payroll, supplies, and other day to day expenses): $36,999.00
