A Step Above Academy

A Step Above Academy is a child care center that will service children form 6 weeks to 5 years old. The goal of my center is to create a safe space for children where they can learn and thrive. I encourage individuality all across the boards from how children express themselves down to our lesson plans. We meet you where you are and we grow from there. Spirituality is also heavily influenced so our students can be at one with their mind, body and spirit, to help nourish their sense of self. The goal of my center is to make every child feel seen and understood. Every one is treated equally and we strive to help children learn the way that best fits them. By incorporating spirituality into my practice I hope to encourage children to connect back to source. Once you master your mind body and soul you can accomplish anything.

I plan to target single and dual income families who need full time or part time care infants to 5 years old.  

I am seeking funding to get a location for my center, pay for licenses and fees, supplies and equipment.

I am the only person on my team but I will be looking into hiring qualified and trained staff.
