Startup/ Building Campaign

Our mission here at Evolution Dog Training, LLC is to instill a strong foundation of obedience and to encourage & strengthen the bond & communication between handler and canine and to see that relationship evolve into a great team. We hope with every set of students we give them the tools needed to navigate their new lives together.

In this particular area of town there are no dog training or dog education centers. I believe the business would do well and solve the problem of residents having to drive 30-40 minutes or longer to get their dog trained. 

There is a Facebook Group that has most of the people in that area as members. I went conducted a poll about if they would like a dog training facility on Dixie Hwy. I got over 100 responses in favor of a dog training facility, which is where I found the perfect building for it. 

My company is about bringing the pet owner and pet together to understand and evolve their relationship. I believe that every dog should have a basic obedience education. I think it would help and we would see less dogs in shelters. My company handles the problem by first doing a consultation with the students and seeing what the problem is and we create a group of pups to work together in a class or have private lessons in the home. I have been doing the private lessons in the home since 2012 before the building opportunity presented itself. 

Why are you seeking funding and how will you spend the funding? I am seeking funding to lease the building & buy equipment. I will spend the most money on minor renovations of the inside of the building such as: flooring, pant, knocking out a few walls, lighting, mirrors, office furniture. The only thing I need done on the outside is signage and my contractors will handle that. They will handle everything on the inside of the building as well. The equipment part would be for Mirrors, Rally Class equipment, AKC Jumps, Cones, Leashes, Collars. Dog treats, etc.  

My team at the current moment consists of just me. I have been talking to another trainer and she may come onboard but we haven't gotten that all figured out yet.
