- What is the mission of your company or project?
- To provide a place for Black Women and eventually black girls in Columbus to be seen, heard , acknowledged and thrive.
- Describe the problem you are solving.
- We have all heard, "It takes Village" - I'm working on recreating that village.
- What is the market size/opportunity?
- My goal is to be in every city in the U.S
- What is your company/product about and how does it solve the problem?
- My membership based group provides a no judgement zone that brings black women TOGETHER instead of feeding the stereotype that separates us. We bring our resources and knowledge together and celebrate each other while focusing on self growth and expansion.
- Why are you seeking funding and how will you spend the funding?
- The funding is for our future events, panels and speakers. To keep the membership fee at $20, with the amount of women i have right now - i need funding to create these memorable moments and keep the space we use for our monthly meetings.
- Who is on your team?
- Me - Solo Dolo lol , I have about 9 black women who are in the group but as far as the "team" its just me. Which is another reason for this request of funding- I have been paying the bulk out of my pocket, to the extent of putting my home in jeopardy. The group is my passion and purpose. Given the chance - WE can do amazing things with this platform.
- I want to humbly and graciously say THANK YOU times a million. Honestly means the entire world to me to have people support me on my mission to help Black Women thrive.

- What is Soul Sisters Col?
- Soul Sisters Col. Inc. is an organization focused on networking and navigating community resources. While assisting with mental, physical, sexual and emotional health of the black women in our community. The mission is to provide black women a space to be free from the daily pressures we face as the back bone to our daily lives and households. A place where we can be seen, heard, acknowledged and celebrated.
- What are the member dues applied to?
- Like with most memberships, there is a fee accessed, which guarantees members access to The Club and its benefits. Payment of dues ensures that members will remain active. Club benefits include access to exclusive events, discounts, and networks. Fees also go toward organizational processes, technology, development, and maintenance. Special guests, initiatives, etc. are also covered with member fees.
- How much are member dues?
- Currently, dues are $20 monthly or $200 annually.
- How do we get access to events?
- Members will receive emails and newsletters about upcoming events with pertinent information, such as access codes, locations, etc.
