The Show Off App -Real Estate Made Simple

My business is the toolkit for success. It is in favor of the people. To helps families of agents to make money in the slow seasons. To helps families purchasing to have a streamlined service and allows families to get there time back to spend with their loved ones in this busy business.

In real estate you are either a Top Producing Agents or Not. Here is the Problem: 

1. New and rookie agents do not make money when they first get in to real estate which causes them to leave the brokerage.

2. Busy agents lose clients and time with their families due to busy schedules with out leverage.

3. Having effective tools to help balance their showings when working with multiple clients

 The Show Off App has the potential to be a billion dollar company with a market size/opportunity of 2 million licensed real   estate agents and 130,456 Brokerage firms.

Here is how The Show off App works:

1. New and rookie agents can make extra money doing what they love while increasing their skillset and knowledge of the area.

2. Brokerages can maintain growth and agent retention using this tool to provide jobs for agents during slow times. 

3. Agents that are busy can find leverage in their colleagues and get time back with loved ones.

4. The app is currently on Android and iOS. It allows Agents to easily create jobs for their clients to leverage time and triple production. It features in-app navigation, Google calendar connection for upcoming jobs and tracks showings using Google maps. It is an app that provides leverage for Top Agents as well as provides quick income for new/Rookie agents and helps brokerages with agent retention and an increased volume/units. This is the Uber of Real Estate. 

It is truly real estate made simple. We are seeking funding to bring the app fully to market. This would mean attending and sponsoring Realtor events to become visible to brokerages and agents. Using funds to improve the user experience and my website to give the app a more premium feel. Hiring a social media content creator to build and bring attention and buzz to the app as well as hire a part time marketing research and data collector to help guide where best to place funds for marketing. We also need funding for new enhancements. With the changes in the industry we want to create a feature that support the buyer as well.
