     RR Co. by Ri & Rose is an online children's boutique that was always a dream of mine and just recently started to become a reality. When I sat down with my husband and told him I wanted to take on this new journey, I thought he would think I was crazy! Instead, he told me "let's do this" and gave me all of his support. Starting my business was a learning experience for both him and I as we have spent and continue to spend hours every day researching ways to get our name out there and promote our business. We have many sleepless nights as my husband and I both work other full time jobs. For now, we rely on our income to make my boutique possible.  We have looked into loans and credit cards to allow more inventory purchases for the boutique, but adding another large monthly payment would make things more difficult. We have two little girls and they are my inspiration and drive to making my business successful. They both have a love for fashion and have been a huge part of bringing the boutique to life. Every product on my website is modeled by them and boy do they LOVE the camera! With a crazy schedule of working 9-5 five days a week, 3 hour long dance rehearsals twice a week, school, weekend dance conventions and competitions, and all the duties of being a wife and mom- the time I get with my girls to work on the boutique with them is a blessing.

     Everything I select to sell is carefully picked to be the best quality and always something I would buy for my own children. The girls have had a blast browsing products with me and helping me pick out the next new arrivals to launch on my website. This business means everything to me and I am determined to make it grow and last so that one day my children can take it over and be just as passionate about it as I am. Of course not having the financial means to have massive selections in product right off the bat is a challenge, but knowing what I do put out there is only the best and are items I've spent many hours finding and choosing makes me proud of the money I am able to spend for it. I am incredibly lucky to have this opportunity to run my boutique and wake up every morning excited to make it bigger and better with my kids right beside me along the way.
