  1. Executive Summary

Our company aims to create a unique and sustainable glamping experience in the stunning mountains of Southern Oregon. With a focus on eco-friendliness and sustainability, our retreat offers luxurious glamping accommodations powered by solar energy and rainwater collection systems. Our mission is to provide a memorable glamping experience that embraces sustainability while highlighting the natural beauty of Southern Oregon's mountains.

Founded after a recent relocation and acquisition of a 2.3-acre plot on Bly Mountain, our company combines resources and expertise to establish a glampground, consisting of 4 secluded and luxurious glamping sites, as well as a general store/main building. The main building will include multiple recreation areas, one specific to younger children, and one will be more for adolescent and adult guests. This building will also feature a deck seating area with pergola, and partially in-ground swimming pool immediately adjacent to the structure, with an outdoor 4k movie theater with ALR screen positioned in front of the pool and deck seating area.  Construction on one site is complete, other than solar, rain-water collection, and mechanical for water heater/shower. This is where the majority of the initial funding will be allocated. Meanwhile, additional preparations are underway to ensure readiness for our potential customers. The target market of our advertising consists of nature enthusiasts, adventure seekers, and eco-conscious travelers who seek an upscale and environmentally responsible glamping experience.

Our competitive advantage lies in our unique location in the scenic Southern Oregon mountains and our commitment to sustainable practices. We offer flexible accommodations and experiences to cater to a diverse range of customers, including adventure travelers, luxury seekers, nature enthusiasts, and families. The operational structure involves day-to-day operations managed by our experienced team, with periodic contributions from our construction and upgrade expert.

To achieve our financial goals, we require a startup capital of $35,000, again to cover solar, rain-water collection, and mechanical on the first site. This funding will cover various expenses, such as amenities, website development, a solar generator, security measures, water collection systems, and infrastructure improvements. By consistently booking the 4 glamping sites at least 20 nights per month at a minimum rate of $220.00/site, per night, we estimate monthly sales to reach $17,600.00 or more.

The glamping industry is experiencing significant global growth, driven by increasing demand, eco-friendly practices, and technological advancements. In Southern Oregon, our glamping retreat stands out due to its picturesque location and unique experiences. Collaborations with other tourism stakeholders and partnerships with platforms such as Airbnb, Hip Camp, Glamping Hub, and The Dyrt will enhance our visibility and reach a broad customer base.

In conclusion, our company is dedicated to providing a memorable glamping experience that promotes sustainability and showcases the beauty of Southern Oregon's mountains. With our unique location, commitment to eco-friendly practices, and exceptional accommodations, we are poised for success in capturing the growing demand for environmentally conscious and upscale travel experiences.
