SEM Investments purchases, rehabs, and rents properties with the option to purchase. As someone who has faced many challenges with finding my first home due to a low credit score or financial constraints, I understand sometimes you just need one door to open. It was VERY hard trying to purchase a home or find rent-to-own options, without having to pay a large lump sum upfront and for many years I contributed towards someone else's financial freedom. 

SEM Investments would like to give others the opportunity to avoid those challenges and live their forever, while their hard-earned money goes towards their financial freedom. We offer credit repair programs and financial management courses to help families reach their goal to become a homeowner.  This is our small way to give back to the community.  Once I established locally we intend to expand to help many families across the US. Sometimes people just need an opportunity to succeed in life. One “yes” can make a difference, I know it would have for me.
