Scavenger Hunt FUNdraisers

Let’s Go Urban’s mission is simple: bring people together for some much-needed fun with our app-based and self-guided scavenger hunts!

Our hunts have players work with their team to strategically answer trivia, solve clues for GPS check-ins, find objects, and complete fun video challenges, all in the name of competition! We’ve created thousands of hours of exploring fun all over the US since 2017 for date nights, group outings, parties, fundraisers, and corporate team building events. 

2020 was slated to be THE YEAR for Let’s Go Urban until Covid happened. We had businesses and regular customers cancel their scavenger hunts because, well, Covid. Instead of freaking out, we went back to the drawing board and researched how our business can pivot to stay afloat during the pandemic. During our research, we discovered how non-profits were scrambling to find ways to raise much-needed funds so they could continue to service their community. 

While we successfully re-developed our scavenger hunts so people can play in the comfort of their own home or neighborhood as well as downtown areas while still social distancing, we just knew in our hearts that we had a unique way to help non-profits, too! We quickly realized how easy it would be for non-profits to utilize our scavenger hunts to raise funds. The idea is simple: We create the scavenger hunt while the non-profit reaches out to their sponsors for funding to be featured in our hunt (players will see the sponsors logos while being directed to their website).  The non-profit can make additional money by asking their supporters & volunteers to play the scavenger hunt. The fundraiser can be run virtually or can also be played in person, depending on the non-profit’s specific needs.

There are over 1.5 million registered nonprofit organizations in the US.  Our scavenger hunts are a great way to help each of those organizations, raise funds no matter their size, location, or mission.

We are seeking funding to not only educate these non-profits about our fundraising opportunities but to help cover 100% of our expenses for at least 10 non-profits. This will allow at least 10 non-profits to raise an unlimited amount of funding they can use at their discretion. We have put together some fun rewards in exchange of your financial support!
