The Scale Your Impact Support Fund 

The Scale Your Impact Support Fund was launched in January of 2021 in response to providing financial resources for People of Color to access the wellness, leadership, and business tools needed to carry out projects and visions that support their communities in this trying time of the COVID-19 pandemic.

We hope to officially establish this as an ongoing, socially-driven fund to assist Black, Indigenous, Women, Femmes, and Non-binary Folx of Color,  who wish to receive leadership & business mentoring rooted in their well-being, as well as support the ongoing education for business to practice inclusivity, equity, and anti-racism. We hope to use these funds to contribute to resources, support, and the upkeep of the online community with Scale Your Impact's team.

Harris Poll found that 35% of women experience burnout in their workplace and then go on leaving their jobs or open side hustles.

For many of these women, the fact that they are less likely to get credit for their ideas in the workplace is a large factor _{(UD, 2017).} Of these women, 65%of them are POC. However, with the burnout rate of women entrepreneurs reaching up to 50% and only 10% of women-owned businesses generating more than $100,000 per year there comes a breaking point. More women are seeking solutions that put them in charge and in ownership of their own ideas, but often there are little to no resources that provide them with education on how to SUSTAIN the journey for the long haul. 

We are seeing more BIPOC in leadership and business growth, but so is the disparity in funding, support, wellness, and sustainable practices. 

Scale Your Impact community serve to create environments that have integrated DEI and anti-racism practices that go beyond quotas and protocols to truly create a culture where BIPOC can thrive in the workplace. In addition, we want to give visionary BIPOC folx the healing support they need to want to move into their own lanes of impact. The Scale Your Impact community is an online platform for aspiring and established leaders, visionaries, and entrepreneurs, who want to build sustainable, inclusive, purpose-led ventures that allow them to put people over profit in businesses and projects that uplift them and their communities.

The starting goal of this fund is to financially support the re-launch of SYIC 2.0 -a membership in a first-of-it's-kind learning experience, the Scale Your Impact COllective set to open in June 2022. It will provide students access to a 12-month curriculum rooted in anti-racism, DE&I work, and the integration of mind-body practices and emotional intelligence to build community-driven leadership, sustainable wellness, and conscious business. We hope to continue this socially-driven fund to support BIPOC memberships through the duration of 2022.

Coaching

• embodied leadership - accessing neuroscience-driven methodology for intuitive and emotionally intelligent leadership strategy

• sustainable well-being - accessible and long-term wellness practices rooted in mindfulness, ancestral connection, and education on avoiding appropriated wellness practices

• inclusion training - understanding of anti-racism work in the context of belonging in the workplace and in our world.

What will the funds for this campaign be used for?

100% of the funds will go towards covering the cost of membership for POC visionaries in need of financial assistance to enroll in the Scale Your Impact Collective, which includes overhead expenses, program materials, and staff pay.
