Transaction Issues?
Some credit card companies may initially recognize this transaction as fraud. Please contact your card provider to verify the transaction and let them know you're supporting our campaign, and they can too if they'd like :)
When do you plan to open the new location?
We have secured a location in Addison, TX across from the Galleria Dallas :). With your contribution, we hope to complete the full build out by February 1, 2024. Be sure to follow our Instagram for updates.
When will I receive my reward?
Orders will be fulfilled as stated in the shipping details section of each reward. Please note, all orders will be processed and shipped within 2-3 weeks following donation.
Can you provide more details about the membership?
- This membership option reflects one RADIANCE (75min) facial per month. Facials can not be rolled over to the next month.
- A total of 3 of your facials can be gifted to friends/family if you are not able to make it in.
- It is a one year membership, paid upfront, in full. Valid for one year, from date of purchase.
- This membership is specially discounted for backers of this campaign, at the equivalent of $91 monthly. After the campaign, it will be offered at $110 monthly
- Membership is non-refundable and non-transferable.
