We will employ our staff from local high school mentorship program(s) and train to be future entrepreneurs. We will provide prestigious, gourmet, designer, rich nutritious ice cream products for customers of all ages in a variety of seasonal, non-seasonal and other flavors. 

Market Problem & Solution.  Ice cream is unhealthy because it is an energy dense food and has a high content of carbohydrates, sugar, and fat. With a carbohydrate count at about 15 grams in a one-half-cup serving, 20-30 grams of sugar depending on the flavor and 10-20 grams of fat.  Our product rolled ice cream uses less sugar than traditional ice cream. That means fewer calories per serving. And no air is added to the mix, which makes it denser than typical ice cream. Our product promotes the presence of bio-cultures that promote positive health through aiding of digestion and metabolism, due to its preparation from low-fat products which contain essential minerals and vitamins

Market Analysis:  The global ice cream market is anticipated to reach $91.2 billion by 2024, growing at a CAGR 8.0%, according to a new report by Grand View Research, Inc.  The growing demand for premium products especially in developed regions such as North America is excepted to drive the ice cream sales in these regions.

ROLL UP is a start-up ice cream company that servers nutritious gourmet ice cream to its target market. Our company will provide a diverse range of ice cream flavors and toppings to its target market. We will build a brand around exceptional quality and affordability of our product. Our product is a prestigious, gourmet, designer ice cream that is 'rolled not 'scooped'. Our product is much healthier than traditional ice cream and allows all ages to enjoy this most enjoyable treat without the unhealthy risk. Because 'everybody loves ice cream'!
