Rightsideof50: 2021 Off to a Fresh Start

To Empower women to disembark from underprivileged living conditions to independence and sustainable professions. 

Rightsideof50 is a nonprofit 501(c)3 organization within the State of Georgia, our goal is to provide educational and social services to women who are at a disadvantage and at risk of gaining employment to afford care of their families. We are currently attempting to make a great impact by reaching these women and exposing them to virtual workshops, social and health provisional assistance, and eventually becoming gainful employment. Through our virtual workshops we will engage the women in positivity, encouragement, growth and knowledge.

What makes rightsideof50 different is the workshops will be presented by women within those fields, whom all have their own story and are reaching back to help other women to Stand on her own. Our workshops will not be limited to women here in Georgia the goal is to be afforded the opportunity to assist women globally and to offer workshops from various cities and states to all.

With our programs being virtual we are seeking grants for laptops and other necessary computer equipment website assistance in maintaining the daily virtual access. Funds would also go towards our training and hiring of staff to conduct presentations that are very much needed for these women on a daily basis. Rightsideof50 will be offering a six-week workshop to each attendee, and would most of all be obliged to celebrate each attendee upon completion with a yearly celebration.

Rightsideof50’s long term goal is to be able to purchase a permanent home which will be considered as a Safe Haven for all women to be afforded the opportunity to come and volunteer and to come and seek a better outcome on life a place where judgement is not allowed through the doors.
