What companies are included in the Renovare family of companies?
Jill and Shannon own Renovare Development, Renovare Consulting and Renovare Opportunity Fund. The funds raised through IFundWomen will be directed to Renovare Consulting. An equity raise is being launched for Renovare Development at SmallChange.com.
How soon will close on projects?
The majority of our Renovare Development projects are slated to close in 2022.
Do you complete projects outside of Michigan?
We are hoping to complete our first five projects and then expand beyond Michigan to any state seeking to solve issues related to attainable housing and community economic development.
