To fuel our growth and continue providing exceptional services, we are seeking external funding. As we expand our team, we anticipate some initial growing pains in terms of costs. These funds will also serve as a safety net, ensuring timely payments to our contractors and maintaining financial stability. Our goal is to transition from an LLC to an S-Corp by year-end, enabling us to offer full benefits and enhance support for our dedicated crew.

With the allocated funds, we plan to expand our internal platforms, bolster our operational security, offer market research services to our clients, and enhance our web design and online presence. By strengthening our infrastructure, we can better serve our clients and meet their evolving needs.
