Philanthropy Passion Purpose- Coastal Luxury Home

My name is Shabranae Patton owner and founder of Anchor’d Inc. We are a coastal luxe home decor and wellness accessories boutique that provides post trauma care packages for survivors of sexual assault and human trafficking nationwide with each purchase made.

As a survivor of sexual assault and domestic assault I’ve experienced first hand the gaps in care for survivors after rescue. As a result I decided to provide what was never given to me. I felt as though my femininity and self worth had been decimated. I wanted to feel alive again, loved again, cherished again. As I began to start designing, I saw a way to connect my passion of coastal design to the purpose of supporting survivors like myself.  I decided to create care packages for that exact purpose through my luxury home decor and wellness line. Each purchase made from our local boutique as well as online results in a care package made for local and national safe homes that we work with. 

With over 700k cases reported yearly and countless others not reported, the unfortunate truth is that my services are needed now more than ever. Last year alone we sent out close to 1000 care packages to assist with aftercare across the nation. 

Through my hand crafted wellness line (bath salts, room sprays, soaps and candles), and my home decor items, we have essentially been able to connect the social good of our company with the retail sector.

We are currently seeking funding to increase production, hire personnel, and to begin the process of finding land for our very own survivor development community. Until now everything has been done in house with only my husband and I. As we have begun to grow, we need more people, and more space. 

My team consist of myself and my husband only at this time. With your assistance we can grow our team and our footprint to help more women in their healing journey's.
