Pandemic Environment - Healthy Teas

My name is Rose Hall and I have worked as a mental health therapist and social worker in the trenches (mental illness, pregnant teens, abused children, sex trafficking slavery) with many children and adults in serious pain for over 20 years.  My life’s goal has always been to provide a worthwhile service. 
I was born in Jamaica and experienced my great grandparents,  grandparents drinking tea daily, and living product lives with life spans of 98 - 107 years old. I love drinking tea and have traveled to over 10 countries sourcing tea and gaining an understanding of the tea business. It has always been my dream to start my own tea company and educate others about the benefits derived from drinking roots, herbs, and spices daily. 
Tessie’s Teas was born to provide quality tea and education to individuals living in a food desert and not sure how to improve their plight. We provide all-natural teas, no additives, no preservatives, and no caffeine. Our two featured teas are instant ginger rolled in honey and mint-infused with raw unprocessed cane sugar.  Our teas are crystallized, unlike the traditional tea bag or tea leaf, they require no steeping time, which makes it convenient, easy to prepare, and have on the go for our busy customer, while maintaining great quality. Just add water to the contains of our vacuumed sealed satchels, stir and enjoy. They can be enjoyed hot or iced. Tessie’s teas equal healthy living and is synonymous with promoting a healthy living lifestyle. 

Marketing, we spent the majority of our resources making a quality product and really didn’t thinking through our marketing campaign. Consequently, we have an awesome product that very few people know about. My greatest challenge is marketing, and the quoted fees to complete a significant campaign has been out of our reach. We would also like to devote resources to develop more tea flavors, like hibiscus, red date, chrysanthemums, and lemon with honey crystallized teas. As a part of our efforts to share, we offer free samples, risk-free, because we believe our teas speak for themselves. 
We would like to offer jobs to some of the phenomenon young people we’ve encountered. We would like to the resources to make sure all our packaging is environmentally friendly. We’re confident that we’re able to capture a piece of this billion-dollar industry which improving the quality of life for so many. Presently, we are a family run business and seek opportunities to expand.
