ASPYRE is the catalyst to help women between the ages of 30 & 60 to overcome fears and self-doubts and or break through the glass ceiling.
Project Description
ASPYRE Life Coaching utilizes a comprehensive and individualized program to help women ages 30-60 overcome fears and self-doubts and or break through the glass ceiling to feel accomplished. The program guides women to realize where their lives are, where they want to be, how to set their goals, and what actions they need to take to accomplish those goals.
I am seeking funding to help pay for the creation of hand-out marketing materials, a website, as well as a digital coaching course. The coaching course will include a marketing teaser and a 90-day program comprised of weekly videos and client guidance and motivational materials.
Not only did I overcome my fears and self-doubts, but I have absolutely thrived after a three-year custody battle as a pre-teen, an attack on the street by a stranger at age 16, a first domestically violent marriage, and a second deceitful marriage that left her with almost no money, no job, a poor credit score with a bankruptcy, and her then four-year-old son. In a few short years, after focusing, reaching out for help, and taking action, I amassed two life insurance plans, several investments, savings, play money, and a beautiful apartment of my own. Additionally, I became a volunteer EMT to expand my horizon of helping others.
I can't thank you enough for aiding in this mission to help others who may not otherwise have help. Your support will not only be welcomed by myself in building my business but it will most assuredly be welcomed by those it helps in the long run.

Q: What is the difference between a life coach and a therapist or counselor?
A: A therapist or counselor tends to ask questions and give advice to fix something in your past in order to help the present. A life coach will also give advice but more often tends to ask questions in order to guide you to realize where your life is now, where you want it to be, what goals you can set, and what actions you can take to accomplish those goals in order to propel your life forward.
Q: How does ASPYRE Life Coaching work?
A: ASPYRE Life Coaching utilizes a 90-day individualized program. Coach and Client meet on Zoom weekly for one hour. After the meeting, Coach sends Client a detailed email reiterating the meeting as welling as providing actionable suggestions or assignments to help client be on track. Client has the option to extend the program after the initial 90-days.
Q: What are some of the things ASPYRE Life Coaching can help with?
A: Oftentimes after a dramatic change in life such as a divorce, a death, or a loss of a job, people can tend to feel paralyzed, unsure, or afraid of the future. Sometimes, people simply feel stuck in a rut but are unsure or afraid of taking the next step. ASPYRE Life Coaching will guide you to realize where your life is now, where you want it to be, what goals you can set, and what actions you can take to accomplish those goals in order to propel your life forward.
