My name is Keeta Vaccaro, I am a 27-year-old entrepreneur and I have reached a point in my life where I have FINALLY made the decision to follow my heart and chase my dream.

 Coming from an athletic family, and being an athlete myself, plays a pivotal role in why I am passionate about helping others achieve success on their journey of health and enlightenment.

In addition to my basketball, volleyball, and track background, I decided to add yoga and Pilates into the mix four years ago. That choice has created such happiness in my life, and I would like to share that feeling with others, who are on a similar journey

I absolutely love how my body feels when I do Yoga and Pilates and I know that it also benefits me both mentally, and spiritually.

My desire is to share my knowledge with others so they can experience the benefits of bringing yoga and Pilates into their own lives. I have created the idea for Own Flow out of a need to spread this light to the world.

I chose the name, “Own Flow” because that is truly what I want others to feel when they come and partake in this journey, at my studio. As soon as a person steps into the room, they will begin to get into their “own flow”. The instructors will guide them in their experience; but everyone will be move at their own pace. Their “flow” will be their “own”.

I want to create a wellness space for the community and I want my brand to be known for its athletic heated Yoga and Pilates, top of the line spa amenities; which includes, but is not limited to massages, facials, saunas, hot/cold tubs, IV drip bars and Oxygen bars.

Since OWN FLOW STUDIOS is my creation I am looking for financial support from others so that I can share my vision and creativity in a safe and welcome environment. My six month goal is to raise $500,000, which will cover the costs for items such as construction and development, marketing, payroll, and any other operating expenses that may arise with a start-up.

I believe we are all here for a purpose and I have found mine. If you only give to a handful of people, will you please think of me this time?
