We empower aspiring women and young women just starting to make their mark, to learn to dress and present themselves with confidence, credibility, and class so that they can make a positive and dynamic impression.

Through our live events, workshops, mentoring, and group coaching programs, we prepare students for high-visibility opportunities at work, in the community, and globally.

The Problem We're Solving

The problem is that women in the workplace are still judged on their clothing and appearance before their skills and talents.  These judgments are unfair and too often limit women's career and income opportunities.

This problem is further compounded by the fact that many women are absolutely overwhelmed when it comes to putting their look together, confused about dressing their body types and they are struggling with their image issues in silence.  

My personal styling clients tell me they have closets full of clothes and nothing to wear. They shop for hours and come home with nothing and they are especially frustrated by the impossible beauty standards promoted by celebrities, the fashion industry, and society.

Women today just want to get dressed with ease and know they're looking good, but they haven't been taught how to accomplish this. And when a woman is not feeling confident about her personal presentation, that lack of confidence makes it difficult to appear credible and to really put herself out there and go for what she wants and deserves.

The successful female market consists of approximately 6,844,469 (i.e those American women making $100,000 or more per year per U.S Census Data).

To estimate the number of young women who may be getting ready to make their mark in the world, we used University Graduation numbers for Master's Degrees and Higher for the years 2015 through 2020.

What We're About & How We Solve the Problem?

After more than 14 years working with private clients of Morrissey Style Consulting, Anne decided that her knowledge and skills as an Image & Personal Style Expert should be made affordable to women everywhere, and available outside of the Greater Miami area.

Operation Elevate was created as a dynamic educational experience that students can access through live events, mentorship, group coaching, and workshops both online and in person.  

To give you an idea, we educate students on topics such as:

• Entrepreneurial Image & Brand Building
• Finding your style and honing your professional image
• Shopping and styling for your body type
• Mastering photoshoots
• Complete body language for professionals
• Voice Coaching to improve credibility
• Video Coaching and being on camera
• Preparing for presentations and interviews

Operation Elevate is designed to be a fun and uplifting experience at every level.  Students can drop in for a single module or go through the entire program. 

We believe that no one is born with confidence, it's earned every step of the way, and with the right guidance, every woman can make huge strides in her personal presentation that will serve her for a lifetime.

Why Are We Seeking Funding and How Will it be Spent?

I've been operating as a sole proprietorship with an incredible assistant for the past 14 years, and it's been an amazing experience!  However, I've realized that what got me to where I am today, will not get me to where I want to go - I must grow my team!

The team includes a tech-savvy marketing expert, videographer, copywriter, event promoter, and administrative assistant to help set up the events and promote them to women across South Florida and the USA.

The funds will be used to launch Operation Elevate properly so that we can attract our target audience and get them excited about joining us for future programs.
