Meet the owners of Ohana, Angelina and Sara! This team began as a home care patient/caregiver team that quickly turned into a best friend team on a mission to change the home care industry. 

Angelina began her healthcare career in 2010 as a home care provider. She has seen the abuse and neglect of her patients, and even family, in medical facilities as well as in their own homes, but speaking up always seemed to fall on deaf ears. Her servant leadership and compassionate care for others stems from generations of family missionaries serving in Africa. Angelina met Sara in 2021 and the connection was almost instant! Her family accepted Sara with loving open arms and the rest is history!

Sara, born with a physical disability, has been utilizing home care agencies since 2012 and has seen the best and the worst come through her home. She has worked with over 200 caregivers and has many accounts of both physical and mental abuse as well as neglect. To this day these traumatic experiences still affect Sara's daily life. Sara, a well-known advocate and public speaker, believes that having a disability shouldn't limit life experiences and that having a caregiver should enhance those experiences rather than take them away. 

Together this team is ready to start Ohana Home Health. "Ohana means family, family means nobody gets left behind or forgotten."
