Baked Chemistry is a Take and Bake concept bakery that specializes in a variety of frozen, scratch made take and bake cookie dough and cinnamon roll flavors. Our Take and Bake products are made with high quality ingredients in combination with our love of Chemistry and baking. All of Baked Chemistry's products are small batch made to maintain product integrity and a consistency that our customers have grown to love and enjoy. Baked Chemistry’s Take and Bake products are for the everyday family, and scratch made baked goods enthusiast. All items are flash frozen which allows customers to Take and Bake only what they want without overindulgence. Baked Chemistry independently manufactures and distributes over 300 dozen cookies and cinnamon rolls on a monthly basis.

Baked Chemistry embarked on our Take and Bake retail journey on January 15, 2018 after doing monthly pop up shops at a small family owned dairy company called, Danzeisen Dairy located in Laveen,AZ. Three years later our product continues to be a top selling item in their family owned store. We recently began stocking their second location in Payson,AZ and are apart of their Home Delivery Program that delivers milk and 3 Baked Chemistry cookie flavors to the homes of hundreds of Maricopa county residents everyday.

We have been given the tremendous opportunity to pitch our products to an Arizona based supermarket called, Sprouts Farmer's Markets. We are missing a vital piece to this amazing opportunity. We know that with the help and support of our amazing friends and Baked Chemistry Family we can make this dream a reality! We are in the process of completing our application to have our products tested for Nutritional content, shelf stability, and product labeling.  The Consumer Package Goods market is highly competitive, but we believe that our product and story can stand up to them all! We are seeking support in funding the cost of laboratory testing and labeling through  Food Safety Net Services. With the help of my team; husband, Charles , son, Myles , and my daughter, Layla I am able to work diligently everyday to provide an amazing product that belongs in the homes of every Arizona resident.
