A coming of age full feature film delivering a message of hope after trauma.
Project Description
Our homes should be a safe place where we can find shelter from the chaos of the world. For 15.5 million children, 55.5 million women, and 23 million men, they are not. In fact, they are daily fights inflicting pain, suffering, and for some, end of life. Those that survive can find themselves stuck in survival mode, not knowing how to have healthy relationships.
Thankfully for Lindsay, her adoptive parents understand how to help her overcome her past and make wise choices at a younger age than most. Her life becomes an example for other teens on how to find hope in the aftermath of chaos.
The story is vital at this time as domestic violence is increasing due to the results of the global chaos from 2020. We see it. We know it. We're facing it in media.
We need a Hercules sized director to tackle this problem, so we called on Kevin Sorbo to stand as the director. He said yes. Our plans are to film in May 2022, premiere at a 3 day event in October of 2022, and release to theaters in February of 2023 (teen dating violence awareness month)
To produce this film at a professional level for maximum impact, we need a total of 750k. This campaign is to raise a small piece of the budget that will help us secure the completion bond needed for financing, begin hiring staff, partner with an outlet for merchandise to bring in resources to keep production moving forward.

- Can I invite others to be associate producers? Yes. As long as there are still available opportunities.
